For the NFY900 dual-loop controller, we applied the new approach described above, using EDA tool simulation and mixed-signal platform validation, which allowed us to move towards a high-performance and reliable final production design in less time than ever before.
Each controller is manufactured by our high-efficiency factory in Taipei.
We have our own SMT assembly line and flexible assembly line, with a strong ERP system and up to 10 months of material inventory, we can respond quickly to any sudden international situation, providing customers with the industry's best delivery time and long-term supply guarantee.
From the first flow chart drawn by the designer to the code written by the engineer, after a large number of virtual and real simulations, laboratory and real environment tests, to the manufacture and delivery of products, quality and reliability are deeply embedded in everything we do, so each controller will undergo many static and dynamic tests after assembly, and at the beginning of each production cycle, technicians will randomly and massively sample the products on the production line, and do complete tests on them (noise resistance test, environmental test, Control performance testing...) to ensure that the performance meets the customer's expectations.

We provide products with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase and a three-year warranty on the display.
If there is any defect caused by non-human operation, we will provide free product repair or replacement service for products with high factory age (FY900 produced by e.g. 1995), we can still provide repair and correction services even if parts are available. Many products shipped before 2000 AD, when an exception occurs back to the factory, our maintenance department can usually repair it in real time, allowing the product to return to the customer to continue the next work cycle.
